Ordered on uber eats, unfortunately the gnocchi wasn’t cooked properly, and chips were cold. Picked priority as well 😔 The kids pizza was delicious though. Cooked to perfection and arrived at a really good temperature!

A mighty fine experience. We had a Lamborghini, a mushroom and a prosciutto and fig pizza. Our friend had the gnocchi. The food was excellent. The pizzas were very tasty with terrific toppings and just the right crust. Service was terrific here tonight from our young server. A lovely gourmet pizza experience. Highly recommended.

After recently being diagnosed with coeliac disease and also being vegetarian, I was skeptical that I would find any GF Italian food to replace the real thing. And after trying many gluten free options in the inner north, I have to say that the quality of products in Primo exceeded all expectations. Genuinely delicious pizza and I am so glad to have found them because it’s renewed my hope that living with this disease is going to be possible! Service was also excellent. Will be frequently returning. Thanks to you all xx

Wow the other reviews aren’t exaggerating about the quality service here. Super friendly and helpful staff - they were never intrusive or neglectful but the perfect balance. Both of our meals tasted so fresh, flavoursome and delicious. The pasta was the perfect portion for me. My partner polished off his pizza though the neighbouring diner took some of his pizza home, if that gives you an idea of size/filling. I also had the tiramisu, which was a little sweet for my partner but I finished the whole bowl happily. Noise levels were also very comfortable - had no trouble having a conversation without raising our voices. While it’s true that some tables are set quite close to each other, the overall warm welcoming vibe of Primo made it feel cosy rather than cramped. Will definitely be coming back!

In the past we had lovely pizza. This time our meal was an insult and the price was a rip-off -- and we won't return even though it's local. There are too many really good restaurants for the price. We ordered a main of gnocchi -- and received a tiny serve of pasta, a tiny drop of sauce and some random slivers of unidentified veg buried under $1 value of rocket. The fig & walnut salad was another $1 pile of rocket in a tiny bowl.

Absolutely delicious handmade quality food! Service is delightful, they suggested the best food options. Ps.. I don’t usually eat tiramisu but my lord you need to try the one here… Highly recommend this place!

Wow! Small place but an incredible find! Was lucky enough to call up for a table and they fit us in! The service is the best we’ve experienced in hospitality in a long long time! The staff / management / chefs went out of their way with a pizza order and truly made us feel special. Came right home to write this review. You don’t find both delicious food AND exceptional customer service in the same sentence these days. Thank you so much.
